Description
1. Create detailed project timelines, communicating overall progress to stakeholders throughout development lifecycle.2. Work with business partners to analyze project requirements and ensure all projects are approved and scheduled based on resource availability and project priority.3. Manage day to day projects including requirements gathering, timelines, and ongoing maintenance.4. Ensure projects adhere to clearly defined scope, budget and schedule.5. Schedule and facilitate project status meetings, deliver regular status updates including upcoming milestones and action items.6. Act as the gatekeeper for the production staff, prioritizing site issues when raised and distributing problems to the correct resources7. Provide ongoing project management of 3rd party agencies.8. Develop and maintain processes within the team to help manage production workflow, resources and QA. and establish procedures for all repetitive processes.
