Description
New Site Build (NSB) Workflow Automation. The scope of the project has been increased to include Phase 1 and 2. To meet the customers requested dates an additional Business Manager is needed. Milestones Project will follow the ITUP process guidelines. Artifacts to include Process Models, Process templates, configuration specifications, UAT planning and summary documentation Job Description (What will the contractor do on that project) Process modeling for the New Site Build project utilizing the SAVVION BPM Suite. Document the functional requirements in the configuration specification for the developers use and coordinate the Development/UAT/Deployment activities
