Providing the crucial profiling information on the Enterprise Churn dashboard which will provide AT&T executives as a crucial business leading indicator for the strategic, sales, marketing, pricing, and customer service purposes. Supporting the IP Migration analysis by providing the critical analytical data in Frame, ATM, VPN, MIS, Hosting, Voice, and all other products. The work is critical to CMO, CFO, and other business partners. The project provides the insightful information to determine if the Packet customers disconnect/loss to competitors or migration to our IP products as the result of technology migration. This information enables the firm to retain the customers, prevent them losing to competitors, and identify the additional network pullthrough opportunity.
