7+ years of experience managing business requirements faciliation and documentation and COTS implementations in compliance with a formal SDLC methodology; at least three largescale implementations a plusProven track record of successful vendor management and demonstrated ability to work with vendor implementation teamExperience with business process redesign concurrently with application implementationStrong communication skills; ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, including business executivesExperience with project and program level activities and identifying and resolving crossproject issues and dependenciesAbility to interact with technology teams and translate into business conceptsStrong knowledge of data conversation strategies and techniques a plus
