Description
Retail Business Intelligence Analyst will cultivate and maintain a partnership with the field and the Retail Leadership Team to gather requirements, prioritize work, develop new reports and enhance existing reports, perform requirements gathering, analysis and design, write technical specifications, and configure configuration and programming in the SAP/BI environment, including testing and implementation. Additional duties include working across Goodyear Retail and Goodyear IT functions to seamlessly integrate solutions that meet and enable business priorities, supporting the design and delivery of KPI (Key Performance Indicator) reports, management dashboards, and visual analytics for distribution to the field as well as executive management and performing routine program modifications, performance tuning, problem solving, debugging, and unit testing.
