Description
Work with deployment project managers to provide clarity on technical deliverables and milestones.Deliver technical requirements on a timely basis.Interface/team with third party consultants, product managers, and engineers to solve technical deployment problems Proactively transfer technical knowledge to customers to ensure smooth and orderly transition of account from deployment phase to ongoing production.Identify opportunities to drive further penetration of the Search Appliance into customer organisations, increasing business value.Contribute to assets and IP that will help drive customer and partner effectiveness in deploying the solution.
