Description
As part of the Shared Services Team, the individual will provide support for existing and new identity management based applications. Individual will be working with the other McGrawHill application teams to provide the best of breed support for identity management applications. The Systems Engineer is responsible for providing day to day support activities as well as special project support for new and advanced solution delivery to the organization. Support in relation to this position includes but is not limited to the planning, coordination, implementation, tracking, reporting, and documentation of delivered technical solutions. Work with internal teams and implement solutions in Oracle Access Manager Identity Management platforms. This includes solutions for authentication, authorization, single signon and any other solutions related to Oracle Access Manager platform for various web sites. Resolve any application issues in a timely fashion.
