Description
Midlevel Unix Administrator, Solaris preferred Ability to install, configure and troubleshoot Genesys Framework, Management and Media Layers; version 7+. Understanding of Genesys network routing on a Verizon platform Knowledge of secure file transfers, and SSL tunneling. Working knowledge of Oracle and SQL. Able to create CCPulse+ templates. Working knowledge of AES, Symposium, Contact Server and Cisco CTI interface requirements. Call Routing understanding of Network and Enterprise routing; data flow and application communication. Understanding of IP Telephony/CTI interaction and networking. Familiar with call routing strategy creation, loading and debugging. Working knowledge of Firewall and Port requirements as it pertains to CTI data flows. Communication ability to discuss and document Genesys application functionality, network flow, and explain concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
