Description
Conduct business analysis for the HR functional area by collaborating with business users, and colleagues to design, develop (including functional/technical specifications), test, and implement process.Interpret business rules and translate into SAP configuration.Document all business rules within Time module.Configure SAP for Time, including time schedules, accruals, overtime rules, holiday calendars, absence and leave reporting Lead testing of configurations.Follow structure Project and Nestl methodology and ensure appropriate communications and documentation are provided.Provide technical assistance to customers, collaborate with appropriate teams to implement and test system fixes or changes. Analyze system issues and regularly monitor and update service desk tickets.
