Description
Collaborate with the Operations and Technical Support (OTS) team to plan, design, develop, deploy, operate, and protect the internal IT infrastructure. This includes all servers, workstations, and peripherals. Execute capacity planning, performance monitoring, and benchmarking for future expansion. Maintain the integrity, stability, and security of the internal IT infrastructure.Provide level 2 and 3 support for EAAs infrastructure. Escalate all issues as needed and coordinate, as appropriate, with 3rdparty vendors towards resolution. Keep management informed of all unusual outages. Perform internal security audits of servers and workstations. Set and maintain account policies according to best practices. Produce status and analytical reports as requested.Develop and/or maintain technical documentation of all servers, workstations, and software libraries.Coordinate with OTS team to plan, install, and maintain the AirVenture infrastructure.
