Comply with all applicable quality, health, safety & environmental regulationsResponsible for NCR process, root cause analysis RCA and quality audit programCoordinate all aspects of in process inspections and compliance with ISOReview engineering designs for standardization, ease of process manufacturingDevelop manufacturing sequences for a diverse range of products and processesDetermine the manufacturing techniques to be utilizedSupport manufacturing in all tooling and gage related needsDevelop standard unit run times for manufacturing and estimates in costing productsEstablish process throughput and quality metricsEvaluate and determine disposition of nonconforming materials, c orrective actionsPerform other related duties as assigned or indicated by responsibilitiesEnsure synergy of quality initiatives with suppliers, manufacturing processes and customer expectations
