5+ Years Systems Administration experience with Windows Operating Systems and Applications, most importantly with Exchange and Windows Server. This is not for user support but for Exchange server support. Active Directory is also a desired skill. Excellent communication and client relations skills. Understanding of overall business functions and the impact of technical decisions on business results. Excellent problem solving skills Ecommerce experience in a large environment Extremely reliable attendance.
