Description
Provide 1st and 2nd tier, 24x7 production support including but not limited to the release of development projects and migration of database related changes. Provides daily administration of database related systems. Provide, assist and participate in the creative process in improving architectural designs and the implementation of new architecture to consistently improve our database enterprise for optimal efficiency and cost effectiveness. Implements and supports all defined architectural strategies. Monitors and proactively supports all Database related systems Capacity plans for all database related systems and proposes recommendations to Database Architect. Proactively tune and review database related structure and code to ensure optimization of performance Provide support of production related data, including data maintenance where required and approved. Install and configure new databases systems.
