Description
This position will handle general responsibilities associated with their assigned properties for RReef. Responsible for daily property operations, management, reporting and administration for the assigned portfolio under the direction of senior management. Responsibilities will include tenant and vendor relations, lease proposal review and property administration tasks.Recommend candidate to have 3 or more years real estate/property management experience, BA/BS preferred, PC with Word and Excel, customer service/tenant relation skills, multitask, prioritize and organize, verbal and written communications and the understanding of lease agreements and leasing terms.
