Ensures the continuing operation of software applications. Applies and tests enhancements, fixes and upgrades to applications. Demonstrates ability to discover, troubleshoot, and fix software problems. Responsible for problem triage and responding to helpdesk tickets. Monitors performance, stress and load tests. 6 8 years of experience. Job Description The PepsiCo COE is responsible for continuing the evolution of the SAP footprint that has been implemented. This role will be one of the key people to help deliver these additional enhancements to the business. The Day to day work would involve the following Delivery of OneUp solution enhancements via minor releases (COE projects), including the following deliverables Input into work plans Requirements definition (with CIO teams) Support business case analysis as needed for respective area EndtoEnd Process and Activity Designs in ARIS and Caliber Solution design (Fit/Gap analysis, RICEFW
