Description
Provide leadership and oversight of multiple QA projects assigned within the departmentEnsure proper staffing levels to meet project demands; maintain responsibility for staff selection and trainingWithin the Rational Unified Process methodology, manage all appropriate QA activities and resources for assigned projectsBuild and maintain effective working relationships with PMO., Delivery, Business and Technology peers to insure effective allocation of resources and integration of QA activity within the overall project planCreate and implement appropriate QA test execution strategies; oversee the development and review of the QA Test Plan for each projectMaintain and evaluate project metrics that provide insight into QA effectiveness and efficiency. Lead and actively participate in continuous process improvement activities Provide leadership to QA team members for longer term department objective.
