Description
Strong in Socket programming , good understanding of different protocols ( UDP, TCP) Very strong in Data Structure, Algorithms, Sorting , Hashing ( different hashing algorithms other than just HashMap)Strong understanding of how to used Java 5 NIO ( Non Blocking IO) e.g.; how to multiplex I/O channels, Handles NIO low level events NIO Channel selector reduce the number of threads required for efficient concurrent I/O operationsGood understanding of Gang of Four Design patterns ( not mandatory but nice to have )Prefer candidates coming from C++ background
