Education and Experience Bachelor's degree is a MUST Minimum of 3 10 years experience as a (Software) Product Manager (shipping software out to market) Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products MUST have online video experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience writing Comprehensive Functional Requirements Excellent teamwork skills Proven ability to influence crossfunctional teams without formal authority Past Experience with one or more of the following would be a plus (in order from largest plus to smallest) Experience with Content Management Systems Experience with Television or Production Experience with Information Architecture
