Technical resource to assist with the production support of Microsoft's Project Server (MOPS) 2017, Project Pro 2017, and Sharepoint (MOSS) 2017. Job Description Please submit only technical candidates who have specific experience in MS Project configuration. This is NOT a PM or a Business Analyst position requires technical expertise.Technical resource to assist with the production support of Microsoft's Project Server (MOPS) 2017, Project Pro 2017, and Sharepoint (MOSS) 2017.Must be able to efficiently diagnose user issues, research potential solutions or work around, and coordinate resolution of issues.Resource must also be able to proactively monitor application logs & performance, identify potential issues, and suggest improvements.Resource will be responsible for configuration of application enhancements as needed.
