Description
Integrate hardware solutions including operating system builds (XP, XPe, Windows 2003 Server), scripting, and application programming. Document installation and support processes / procedures.Testing of hardware/software integration.Lab setup, staging and maintenance to facilitate testing.Windows & application patch packaging and testing Assessing new technology that can help improve operations and / or support processes within the restaurant (Virtualization, Thin Clients, IP based peripheral). Creating documentation and status reporting on various tasks of the projects and communications to stake holders. Serving as a technical resource to assist in the deployment/integration and certification of POS equipment and peripherals in a lab environment.
