5+ years of J2EE development2+ years technical lead experience2+ years with ORM frameworks (Torque, Spring, IBATIS)2+ years with IBM WebSphere Portal, including REST API calls2+ years developing JSR 168/286 portlets, JSPs and Servlets2+ years developing SOAP based Web Services2+ years with objectlike Javascript which includes AJAX (Dojo) and a familiarity with JSON2+ with J2EE conceptsProficiency creating portal WCM components and using PDM APIProficiency with portal themes and skinsExcellent debugging skillsFamiliar with performance tuning
