Description
Provide excellent customer service to users who have questions or problems regarding the Department of Public WelfareAcquire and maintain current knowledge of the system to provide accurate solutions to usersResearch, resolve, and respond to questions received via telephone calls, email, faxes, and callbacks in a timely manner.Provide accurate information regarding functionalityParticipate in training sessions to learn about new and current functionalityProvide administration functions (password resets, etc.)Document each user correspondence in an Automated Tracking SystemMaintain ownership of caller queries until issues are resolved
