Description
Core job responsibilities include, but are not limited to Primary liaison between IT and business areas. Provides direct level 3 support for assigned business areas. Works directly with clients and applies IT and business knowledge and experience to formulate an IT solution for a business problem. Works with minimal management direction. Investigates alternatives and makes recommendations. Conducts tests, develops preliminary findings for review by clients and/or management. Identifies and implements process improvements. Work demonstrates soundness of business judgment and ensures overall results and objectives have been achieved.
