Business Analyst/business systems analyst experience of 5+ years Strong knowledge about business process modeling is a must Comfortable in crossing the lines between business and technology Proficiency in UML and use cases desired Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders; Meetings organization and coordination skills highly desired Ability to do multitasking on concurrent analysis jobs Flexible attitude and openness to learn is a must Understanding of online banking a plus (Wells or Wachovia previous experience a plus)
