Description
General Atomics has been on SAP for 2.5 years. This SAP project is to review and reevaluate the current design that has been implemented at General Atomics, and to perform a formal Gap Analysis for 2 affiliate companies that are considering migrating to SAP. General Atomics wants to adopt best practices and standard SAP processes, wherever possible. The consultant will need to systematically evaluate all the processes that have been implemented in the PP, QM, DM and WM modules and make recommendations for improving and streamlining the current design that has been implemented. This will include prototyping any changes to the design and writing detailed blueprint documents for any changes. Also included in this SAP project, is the formal Gap Analysis for 2 affiliate companies (both are Aerospace and Defense manufacturing companies).
