Description
Design and implement new applications and enhancements to existing web applications as well as provide ongoing support for all web applications supporting TXU Energy; understand and deliver on the functional support needs of TXU Energys web applications; partner and work closely with business and IT stakeholders as well as outside service providers to understand and define new requirements and enhancements for the web application portfolio. Design, develop and implement application support and development processes, standards, metrics, monitoring and reporting in order to ensure web applications are available, responsive, and achieving webbased business outcomes and objectives. Work closely with application vendors, service providers, and internal business and IT teams applicable to web applications to define and achieve key performance indicators and Service Level Agreements with a collaborative spirit.
