BS or BA or higher in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experienceMinimum of five years experience working within the software space as a Technical WriterHands on proficiency required MS Word, other MS Office components, Windows environment, Acrobat, Perforce or similar document repository, some graphics experience i.e. Visio, Fireworks, GIMP, or similar. Dreamweaver experience a plusFamiliar with object oriented databases, TCP/IP, Internet browsers, wikis and protocols, HTML, XML, Java, APIs, and Developers' desktop tools (SDKs) Familiar with Agile and Scrum software development processesKnowledge of current technology and upcoming trends
