4 + years minimum experience with HP ServiceCenter (Legacy Peregrine) hands on implementation (Required) Service Manager 7.x (highly preferred)Experience with a variety of the Service Manager modules desirableLanguages Javascript, SQLKnowledge and or experience in ITIL / ITSM''s best practicesAbility to thoroughly review, understand, update, and implement technical design documents.Experience in the full lifecycle systems developmentStrong customer skills, ability to make recommendations while leveraging your expertise ServiceCenter, ITIL, ITSM.
