Description
This Business Analyst position is responsible for the development, documentation and refinement of processes and system enhancements associated with supporting clients HR programs utilizing PeopleSoft HCM and CRM. Responsible for collecting data and providing analysis for moderate to complex business issues as they relate to the system enhancements and current utilization of the system.Responsible for identifying and documenting business processes through interviewing clients and reviewing and analyzing existing systems and processes. Articulates interrelationships and recasts business flow into business requirements. Conducts gap analyses to document discrepancies between business needs and system capabilities.
