As you screen candidates, please make sure that the candidate specifically has Spring MVC knowledge. Many resumes cite Spring and MVC separately, and often times have not used the MVCcapabilities of the Spring Framework. Candidates must have experience supporting long term initiatives Candidates must have a consistent track record of supporting projects with a duration of 2 years+ Candidates must be open to full time employment
