Implementing enterprise level solutionsImplementing applications using BizTalk and MSMQDeveloping or administering SQL Server databasesGood planning and organizational skillsImplementing large scale retail solutions, including design phasesFull application development life cycle knowledge and/or experienceAbility to show initiative with minimal directionAbility to prioritize tasks and remain in sync with core, as well as, extended project teamsStrong written and verbal communications skills3 to 5 years of experience implementing .NET solutions2+ years of experience designing and integrating BizTalk solutions and MSMQ1 to 3 years of experience working with Active Directory
