Analyze discrepancies in roadway databases using all available data sources including aerial photographs, highway construction plans, mainframe inventory files, GIS layers, and highway designation minute orders; requires analysis of business processes and program logic creating the discrepanciesCreates taxonomy of data discrepanciesDevelop and implement a plan for identifying, researching, and correcting data anomaliesTrack team progress toward reconciling data anomaliesWork with CRIS developer to identify procedures for automated data reconciliationRequired Skills6 years experience as a Transportation Business Process Analyst/Project Manager 6 years GIS experience with ESRI software5 years QS9000 (or equivalent) process documentation3 years Planning/implementing software tools to automate business processes
