6 years Application development experience involving enterpriselevel IT solutions4 years Webbased application development for both Inter and Intranet environments3 years Extensive knowledge of IBM RAD 7 / WebSphere, JavaExperience with STRUTSExperience with accessibility standards, such as section 508, and/or JAWSExtensive knowledge of IBM WebSphere, and Sun Java. J2EE Development JDK (Servlets, JSP, JSF, EJB, JDBC, JMS) and J2EE specificationsAbility to produce clear and concise documentation (technical & customer)Participate in customer JAD sessions when required and assist in system redesign by offering suggestions defined within the scope of the projectWillingness to work flexible hours
