Description
He/ she understand and manage customer expectations and service needs; building and sustaining positive relationships; delivering superior service thereby ensuring a smooth and successful migration of systems to support the project operations. This is a highly visible role running and managing projects reporting directly to senior directors and business leads.Responsible for developing and maintaining project plans, dashboards, milestones, keeping all the documents up to date, communication and dissemination of critical information from migrations leadership team to internal functional area resources. Build relationships with existing teams, leverage existing templates and work with the business units throughout the migration.
