Description
A consultant will serve as a lead Business Analyst for implementation of the new vendorh! osted Applicant Tracking System (ATS). A consultant will work closely with HR Staffing specialists, IT analysts and the vendor to define and document business requirements, assist in configuration, lead testing, and coordinate deploying of the new ATS. The ATS will be a global solution that includes Onboarding module and is integrated with PeopleSoft HR.Benefits Skills/Experience Thorough understanding of recruiting, onboarding and hiring processes and knowledge on how to implement business process changes. . Minimum 2 global implementations of ATS (e.g. Taleo, Kenexa BrassRing, PeopleSoft) . At least one onboarding solution implementation . PeopleSoft integration experience . Minimum 5 years of work experience with HR systems and applications .
