Description
Ensures HR Shared Services (NBS) has approved any exceptions or special access/roles for audit purposes.Confirms correct access is established for PD Profiles and PD Relationships for the HR IT Team.Collaborates with Security, NBS Roles and Reporting Teams for granting roles to new users, making changes for current users, and ensuring that the access is correct.Initiates Role Change Requests (RCR) on behalf of HR IT, and monitors process from creation of request to implementation, including testing and documentation.Understands the details of what access and which infotypes and transactions are granted with each role.Performs technical analysis and troubleshoots tickets associated with roles and security issues. Supports ticket resolution and researches why access isn't working. Works with client to understand access issues.
