Description
Part of the EPMO team focused on managing Refresh PLM initiatives and special projects in support of Project Lifecycle Management processes and tools. Drive requirement gathering, implementation and ongoing execution of projects. Support merging processes, sharing best practices, resolving issues, managing risks, and supporting decisionmaking. Job Description Work collaboratively across the organization and with people at various levels in the organization to support alignment on an integrated and collaborative approach. Ability to identify issues and drive resolution at all levels of the organization. Support the overall PLM process, including risk management. Ability to structure ideas for more efficient and informed decisionmaking, including alternative analysis and formulating a recommendation with sound rationale. Affect process and behavior change, serving as a change agent. Primary focus is on stakeholder alignment, communications, and change readiness.
