Experience in each phase of the lifecycle implementation Extensive experience implementing Siebel (7.5, 7.7, 7.8 , 8.x ) Process definition and design Close collaboration with technical teams on system design Test scenario definition and script development Leadership of test execution for your functional area Contribution to training development Consulting/client facing background Demonstrable history of positive customer relationships Proven understanding of call center domain business areas (Sales, Service, Marketing) Experience interacting with Clevel executives in complex technical projects Experience with enterpriselevel CRM applications required (Siebe! l, Oracle CRM or PeopleSoft CRM) Demonstrated project/team leadership skills Excellent prioritization and organization skills
