Description
Confirm the current implementation of ITM and operation of the ITM components in the UAT and production environments. Upgrade the ITM components from the current version (V6.1 Fix Pack 7) to the latest version (V6.2.1), first in the UAT environment and then in the production environment. Confirm the upgraded ITM components in the Production environment. Assist customer with providing a common interface with ITM 6.2 and ITCAM 6.2. Provide assistance with planning the upgrade of previous version monitors of ITCAM monitors to ITCAM 6.2 and with transitioning them to ITCAM 6.2, if determined viable Provide assistance with planning and transitioning ITM V5.2 noncustom resource models to ITM V6.2 situations.
