Description
We are looking for a strong, motivated IVR developer to join our Contact Center Solutions group that is responsible for the design, development and implementation of IVR solutions. The ideal individual will have the following responsibilities.Define, implement and maintain IVR Development processes and methodologies, including proactive analysis of data to identify areas of opportunity for coding enhancementsDevelop new IVR flows and applications as well as maintain existing flows and applications.Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise in the IVR applications and flows.Prepares cost and time estimates on designated efforts. When acting as project leader, prepares project plans and contingency plans, and monitors and controls project activities against these plans.Maintains knowledge of and complies with the IT Department
