Description
Minimum of (3) years experience developing/maintaining mainframe based tax management systems using COBOL.Application development experience with COBOL, JCL, CICS, SPUFI requests, and DB2 in a mainframe environment.Experience developing or maintaining applications with NCDOR ITAS or similar state tax management system.Ability to manage time, milestones and be selfdirected Experience in Technical and Functional Requirements documentation.Excellent oral and written communication skills
