Network Services tier III support engineer responsible for the integration and operational support of Coxs Wireless switching network including SIP core switching, IP Multimedia Systems, Data and Video product offerings to deliver cross product offerings to Cox end users.Cross functional planning and development of services with New Product Development, Cox Business and Deployment Engineering to insure new products meet COXs standard for Network Operations and Network Reliability.Key role in the acceptance and approval of design plans, architecture, and deployment plans for Wireless produce offering from Corporate Engineering.Responsible for coordination and planning/approval of network activities related to maintenance and upkeep of the CCS network within COXs Change Management policies to increase/maintain network reliability in conjunction with Network Operations Support Staff.
