Description
Partner facing responsibilities across all levels of the client's organization.Accountable for the endtoend eCommerce technical solution involving multiple systems and 3rd party applications. Lead and coordinate across all technical resources throughout the entire lifecycle of a software development project for successful development and deliveryAccountable for the accuracy and consistency of development artifacts like functional and system level requirement specifications, technical design documents, project estimates, project plan & deployment plan thru review and signoff. Review and approve work estimates from the project staff. Proactively identify all impediments that impact development plan, provide directions to project team members for timely resolution and work with Project Manager to assign owners and track progress.Ensure effective involvement of supporting organizations like configuration management, QA, DBA to ensure successful project execution
