Description
Oversee PC management and desktop security for faculty/staff computer workstations and student laptop program. Coordinate desktop security deployment and enterprise software installations. Act as a level 2 technical escalation resource for service calls. Requires bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related; 2+ years experience; working knowledge of MS Windows XP/Vista and Mac OS, Active Directory, Outlook/Exchange configurations, MS Office, McAfee Antivirus, Ghost and the configuration of network printers; and strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Experience in Higher Education, Oracle, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and network domain configurations in a WAN/LAN environment preferred.
