1. Software development on Microsoft .NET 3.5 platform (C#) (Minimum 3 years)2. Software development using ASP.NET (Minimum 3 years)3. Windows Presentation Foundation using MVVM with Click Once deployment4. Windows Communication Foundation5. Image Gear (Accusoft) and Dynamic PDF (CeTe) libraries for image manipulation or similar6. Modern architecture and patterns (MVVM, Unity etc.)7. SQL Server 2018 development skills (TSQL, Triggers, SSIS) (Minimum 1 year)8. Relational Database design (normalized models, data integrity, data encryption) (Min 1 yr)9. Database project maintenance, database deployment, optimization and tuning skills
