Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience in Communication Arts Two+ years experience in website design. Experience in graphic design with expertise in website design. Expert at handcoded semantic XHTML and CSS Expert in cross browser compatibility and troubleshooting Advanced knowledge in Object Oriented JavaScript Experience with JavaScript technologies such as Ajax and JSON Proficient with the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver) Knowledge of userinterface bestpractices for web design Experience applying SEO best practices a plus Java Experience a must Must be selfmotivating and able to work well with a diverse group of people Must be able to handle stress, including short deadlines Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
