Description
HP OpenView Operations (Operations Manager) SiteScope, Business Process, Monitors and Business Activity Center for complex systems on UNIX and Windows based platform. Provide expert technical assistance and consulting support to clients. Maintain systems and the hosted services through monitoring, data backup, troubleshooting and proactive security measures. Develop highly complex tools for managing the system and makes all services available to users. Manage different types of complex technologies and services into a heterogeneous environment including those outside the operating system domain such as networking services, hot systems and third party software. Responsible for systemwide complex components or complex projects. Provide direction for entire project or a project team. Influence at account level and at customer management level. Solve unique highly complex problems. Develop and write proposals and price out projects. Resolve escalated issues/problems with broad knowledge.
