Description
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; Intermediate technical skill and a desire to expand skill set as needed; Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as with a team; Strong customer service skills to deal effectively with diverse groups of people; Ability to work in pressure situations; Ability to multitask and prioritize; Availability to work occasional afterhours and oncall support; Professional experience with SQL and Oracle databases; Experience using SQL for support research; Highly prefer candidates with knowledge of investments and financial industry; Accounting, finance, or mutual fund trading background, Prefer candidates with experience building reports using SQL or PL/SQL; Prior experience or knowledge of PAM and/or FundLinx applications strongly preferred.
