Description
Intermediate to Advanced SQLPL/SQL experience. Intermediate Unix experience (some scripting preferred). Knowledge of networks and networking protocols. Knowledge of HP Openview (template developing a plus). Knowledge of Remedy ARS Help Desk technology, preferably version 7ITSM Excellent clientfacing/communication skills and must be strong in documentation Able to alternate work schedule with notice between 1st and 2nd shifts (may include weekends or holidays).
