Responsibilities include Design, implement, and maintain enterprise level live web infrastructure that delivers a redundant and secure global online presence continuously Perform Capacity Planning, Network Design, Security, and Systems Administration Provide 7x24 rotating Level 2 Primary Support for Global Core Web Infrastructure Maintain applications and infrastructure patching schedules, deployment of releases, testing and system readiness Manage Linux/Solaris systems on Sun/Intel Platforms in Production/Staging/QA ENVs Maintain Network Components like Switches, Routers, Load Balancers, and Firewalls Configure and Optimize Web, Application, DB, and Storage Servers Administer Systems Monitoring; Troubleshoot SW/HW Issues Methodically Provide Data Redundancy, Backup, and Perform Disaster Recovery Procedures.Must be local to Sunnyvale
